We invite you to come enjoy the wonderful world of horsemanship.

LESSONS:

Please note: Currently we are only accepting students 13 years old or older.

We offer comprehensive insight into the world of horses. Come learn, play and meet your new four legged friend. To see your reflection in the eye of a horse is a magical moment - young and old alike will leave standing tall and proud - that is what horses do for you.

We can work with you and your horse (on or off-site) or you can learn with one of ours - we have a horse to fit every need.

We specialize in the "soft approach" - only apply as much pressure as needed to get the correct response. Horse and rider must work and learn as one.

Please feel free to contact us for a no obligation meeting with our instructors, tour of the facilities and introduction to your "new best friends". We offer this "orientation" visit so you can come and see what we have to offer - if it's not what you had in mind then there is no pressure to sign up, we only want the perfect fit between rider, horse and instructor. Come on out - the worst thing that can happen is you make a few new friends.

We provide a "student handbook" to all new prospective students on their orientation visit - please feel free to click on the links below for excerpts from our handbook to better understand what we do:

Lesson Plan Outline
Guidelines
Horse Colors
Horse Parts
Horse Bones
Face Markings / Hoof Parts
Bridle & Saddle Parts

We don't really teach "Western" or "English" in our programs (though we have tack for both to learn on) - What we teach is HORSEMANSHIP.

Lesson Pricing (on-site, our horses):

"Under Arizona Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues §12 553".

All participants will be required to read, understand and sign our liability agreement prior to the first lesson. Click on the Link above for a printable version of this document.

Note to current students: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please give staff a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can fill our schedule temporarily with someone from our waiting list. Failure to give notice can result in permanent loss of your lesson time.
